Who will treat your data?
Your data will be treated by the data controller at Kendale Primary International School, based in Rome, Via Gradoli 86.

To allow students to enroll in the chosen class and permit the communications that the institute will send to you in fulfillment of pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations undertaken by both parts with the signing of the registration form.

How long will we keep your information?
Your personal data will be stored starting from its receipt/update for the time necessary to fulfill the above puposes and in any case for the time required by law, by regulation, by community legislation, by the Ministry of Education, University and Research in the field of school data retention.

Employees and collaborators of the owner, in their capacity as authorised persons;
Third parties (for example the Ministry of Education and Research), companies involved in the school / work project, external managers identified and appointed by the data controller including companies, consultants and self-employed individuals or associated, banks and lenders to fulfill obligations deriving from current legislation or for aspects concerning the management and the execution of the contractual relationship;
Supervisory bodies, judicial authorities as well as to all the other persons to whom the communication is compulsory by law for the accomplishment of stated purposes.
